Olton & West Warwickshire Cricket Club, based at the outstanding West Warwickshire Sports Complex, has been one of Warwickshire’s leading junior cricket clubs for over 30 years. During that time, it has produced first-class cricketers including Henry Brookes, Ethan Brookes, Jonathon Webb and Manraj Johal, while more than 100 players have earned county age-group honours — many of whom still represent the club today.

While we celebrate these achievements, we are most proud of the thousands of young players who have discovered a love for cricket with us, many progressing into our senior sides. Whatever the ambition, Olton & WWCC provides the perfect environment to enjoy the game, with a commitment to delivering a positive experience for every player.

Since 2022, junior cricket has been led by Marc Webb and Solihull Cricket Academy, delivering professionally organised sessions run by experienced, ECB-qualified coaches. Our focus is on developing technical and tactical skills in a fun, safe and supportive setting.

We compete in the Warwickshire Junior Leagues throughout the summer. In 2026, we will field teams at Under 9, Under 10 (Bears & Grizzlies), Under 11 (Prem & Cubs), Under 13 (Prem & Midweek), Under 15 (Prem & Midweek), plus Under 11 Girls and Under 15 Girls. All players involved in Under 10/11 hardball training and above will represent a team during the season.

Our Under 9 hardball players will also be introduced to external fixtures once they are ready, ensuring the right experience at the right time for every child.
